Born in Paris. Her father is a design engineer and mother an astro-physicist. She was home-educated until her late teens. She studied law in Madrid and then worked for various environmental / campaigns groups as an in-house lawyer. Following an early passion for textile design, she set-up her own fabric design company in Paris while continuing a consultancy role in environmental law. She now lives with her family in Iceland. Working from her offices in Paris in the winter months.
